VIDEOSCOPE was a personal collaboration outside of Float, with my friend Brian Smith, who was the author of the wildly successful "Spin Art" app for IOS. While talking over concepts at work together, he liked my idea for a Kaleidoscope app for the Iphone, so he and I worked on creating an app along those lines (with some added features) over a one-week period in late 2010. Once it was released, we were pleased to see that it was featured by Apple's Itunes page, and the app eventually reached #4 in the ITunes Photography list. The application has since been ported to the Iphone 4s, and the newer Ipads in an HD version.
